We aren't able to accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds based on taste or preference — it's what keeps every pouch we ship factory-sealed and safe. Orders that are processing or have shipped can't be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit for verified issues.

Check with household members, neighbors, and your carrier first — packages are sometimes marked delivered a day early. Once the carrier confirms delivery, Batch isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages, but reach out and we'll help where we can. Carrier delays in transit are outside our control.
