Can I eat batch as a meal alone?
Absolutely. Every pouch is a complete carb base — organic long-grain white rice cooked in real chicken broth with grass-fed collagen folded in. Plenty of people eat it straight from the pouch for a fast, filling meal.
That said, it shines as a base. Add a protein (eggs, chicken, salmon) and any veggies on top and you've built a balanced bowl in under three minutes.
Can this replace my normal protein intake?
Not entirely. Batch delivers grass-fed collagen — a structural protein that supports skin, joints, gut lining, and hair and nails. It's a meaningful boost, but collagen on its own isn't a substitute for the complete proteins your body needs daily.
Think of Batch as a clean carb base that punches above its weight. Pair it with chicken, fish, eggs, tofu, or your usual protein source to hit your daily targets.
How do I store batch?
Sealed pouches are shelf-stable. Keep them in a cool, dry pantry — no refrigeration needed until you open one.
Once heated and opened, refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container and finish within 3–4 days.
How many servings per bag?
Each pouch is one generous main-meal serving — roughly 2 cups of cooked rice. If you're pairing it with extra protein and veggies, it can easily stretch into two lighter portions.
What is the shelf life?
Up to 12 months from the date of manufacture, sealed and stored at room temperature. The exact best-by date is printed on the back of every pouch.
Shipping & Returns
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 12pm EST ship the same business day; otherwise the next business day. Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days from when it leaves our warehouse.
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order goes out.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because Batch is a perishable food product, we don't accept returns or issue refunds.
The one exception: if your order arrives damaged or has a product defect, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement. If something else is wrong with your order — wrong item, missing pouches, shipping issue — reach out and we'll sort it out.
