You can cancel, pause, or modify your Batch subscription anytime — no fees, no phone calls, no minimum commitment.

How to cancel. Log in to your account at batchfoods.co, go to Manage Subscription, and click Cancel. If you'd rather not cancel outright, you can also skip an upcoming delivery, change how often you receive orders, or swap to a different product from the same screen.

When cancellation takes effect. Cancellations apply to all future orders. As long as you cancel before your next order is processed, you won't be charged again. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but everything after it will be cancelled at no further charge.

Already-shipped orders. All sales are final once shipped, including subscription orders. 

No commitment, ever. You can subscribe and cancel as many times as you'd like. There's no minimum order requirement, no cancellation fee, and no penalty for opting out.
